By popular demand - we continue our fascination with fermentation and look to study an introduction into sourdough baking! In recent years there has been a surge of interest in this healthy easier to digest bread as more and more people turn away from artificial flavourings and preservatives in search of easy wins to help support a better gut microbiome.
